Exciting things that happen in Bamenda

It’s amazing what a couple of months in the rainforest can do to your perspective.

Suddenly static in my hair and chapped lips are kind-of exciting. Cool mornings and evenings, and a house that is noticeably cooler than the outside all day long—these are things for which I have great appreciation.

What I have less appreciation for is my simultaneously dry and dripping nasal passages.
